If you want to become a life coach and wonder how you can help others, listen to our recent JUNG ON PURPOSE podcast episode (previously named Soul Sessions) to explore how our unique Jungian coaching model is the future of coaching.

We’ve all experienced the pain of losing a relationship. Whether a breakup, divorce or even loss of a partner, these moments often feel like the end and send us into despair.

The comedian Gracie Allen famously said, “Never place a period where God placed a comma.”

Breakups are just a new beginning of the next chapter. While we need time to grieve and process the loss, you must remember there is a gift for you. If you can remember that, the mind will start looking for the new possibility instead of staying stuck in regret and holding onto the past.

For Debra, the breakup was a key to inner growth, leading her on a journey to find her purpose and ultimately a lasting and soul-fulfilling relationship with Dr. Rob. She picked up Allen’s quote at the time of her breakup and she realized the comma meant that something new was ushering in something even better.
