Dealing with anxiety? This is common, especially in changing times. Join Debra Maldonado and Dr. Rob as they discuss the intricacies of anxiety and the unexpected joys of surprise. This episode explores the human condition, the illusion of control and how to harness anxiety for personal growth.

If you want to become a life coach and wonder how you can help others, listen to our recent Soul Sessions podcast episode to explore how our unique Jungian coaching model is the future of coaching.

We all feel anxiety; the universal emotion that is woven into our human experience.

It may be a flutter of nerves, but before long that flutter could grow into overwhelming dread. If you can harness that anxiety, you can live your full potential in life.

Anxiety can crush your dreams and lead you to staying in the status quo. Any change, whether a transition, new career, business opportunity or even falling in love, can cause anxiety.

Instead of retreating or finding ways to manage the stress, move through it; inside lies the key to why you are holding yourself back in life.

You can watch it from a witness perspective instead of drowning it. Then, you can ask yourself a key question…

What am I really afraid of?

You’ll find the life situation isn’t really the cause of the fear, but something deeper. Once you bring it to consciousness, you can work with it.

Of course, this is just the entry point. To truly master your life, you’ll need the support of a coach.

Anxiety, when understood, can be a powerful ally in our journey of personal growth. By shifting our mindset and embracing the unknown, we open ourselves to new opportunities and experiences.

In our new podcast episode, Harnessing Anxiety: Transforming Fear into Fuel, we discuss the intricacies of anxiety and the unexpected joys of surprise. This episode explores the human condition, the illusion of control and how to harness anxiety for personal growth.
