“Fear limits creativity; facing it frees up potential.” – Dr. Rob Maldonado

If you want to become a life coach and wonder how you can help others, listen to our recent Soul Sessions podcast episode to explore how our unique Jungian coaching model is the future of coaching.

Do you know that by observing your world, you are creating it?

Based on Quantum Psychics, the world you see is based on expectation, not chance or random luck.

The reality we see is just a small possibility of what is available to you. Your true potential is clouded with your expectations and collapses into a reality that you expect to be there.

Do you expect money to be tight?

Do you expect that your partner is untrustworthy?

Do you expect that your boss doesn’t appreciate you?

Or, do you expect things to go your way?

Can we change our expectations and change what we are seeing in the world?

The answer is yes!

But it takes some work.

First, you must access the witness mind. The part of your mind that is listening to your thoughts and watching your life unfold.

Second, notice what your mind is telling you to expect and get curious about why you think that way.

In Jungian Coaching, you want to do more than just shift to think positive thoughts to change your life, you must change HOW you think, HOW you see reality and HOW you see yourself. The brain can retrain itself in what is called “Self-Directed Neuroplasticity” and you can learn to see the world with fresh eyes and new possibilities.

Continuing our series on Mindset, check out our new Soul Sessions: A Jungian Coaching Podcast episode, “Unlocking Potential: The Observer Effect and Creating Reality with Your Mind”  Here are the highlights:

  • The Observer Effect: Discover how our perceptions shape our reality. The universe as infinite potential is influenced by our expectations – a perspective validated by neuroscience and quantum mechanics.
  • Embodied Consciousness: Explore the concept of observing the world from the lens of the ‘I’ or ego, creating a sense of separation. Understanding this can empower us to rewrite our narratives.
  • Witness Mind: Learn about cultivating metacognition, allowing you to step aside from default patterns and engage with your thoughts consciously. It’s like seeing your mind from a bird’s eye view
  • Self-Directed Neuroplasticity: Direct your brain’s potential to reshape and reorganize itself through intentional imagination and visioning, guiding your personal development intentionally.
